1. Use of the Nebula Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nebula or have legal authorization in your jurisdiction.

By using Nebula, you agree:

• Not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities

• Not to attempt unauthorized access to wallets, systems, APIs, or data

• To comply with all applicable financial, crypto, and data regulations in your country

2. Services & Access

Nebula provides non-custodial Web3 infrastructure including (but not limited to):

• Crypto payment processing

• Wallet and transaction tools

• Developer APIs and integrations

• Dashboard analytics and reporting

Access to certain features may require account creation, API keys, or identity verification.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or suspend service access at our discretion

• Limit usage or transaction volume where risk is detected

• Update or discontinue features without notice

3. Payments & Fees

Nebula may charge transaction, processing, or infrastructure fees for certain services.

By using Nebula:

• You agree to pay all applicable service and network fees

• You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information

• You understand blockchain network fees (gas fees) are non-refundable

Nebula is not responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses, network errors, or user mistakes.

4. Non-Custodial Responsibility

Nebula operates as a non-custodial platform.

This means:

• You retain full control of your wallet and private keys

• Nebula does not store or control user funds

• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, seed phrase, and credentials

Loss of private keys or unauthorized access cannot be recovered by Nebula.

5. Compliance & Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Nebula for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing

• Fraudulent transactions

• Illegal goods or services

• Sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions

Nebula reserves the right to monitor activity and suspend accounts that violate compliance or risk policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All Nebula branding, technology, website design, APIs, and content are the intellectual property of Nebula unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce platform content

• Reverse engineer the system

• Use Nebula branding without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Nebula is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We are not liable for:

• Market volatility or crypto price fluctuations

• Loss of funds due to user error

• Third-party integrations or wallet providers

• Network downtime or blockchain failures

Our liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for Nebula services used.

8. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures, but no digital system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining account and wallet security.

9. Updates to Terms
